  1. You're so tired you could sleep standing up - and probably have. If you're dragging your feet around like a zombie, it might be time to check your iron, magnesium, and Vitamin B12 levels.

  2. You're so scatter-brained you forgot your own name. Can't seem to focus on anything for more than a few seconds? You might be deficient in zinc, iron, and Omega-3s - basically, your brain is hangry.

  3. You catch every cold, flu, and bug that comes your way. Your immune system is so weak it couldn't fight off a toddler with a runny nose. Time to stock up on Vitamin C, Vitamin D, and Zinc - they're like tiny superheroes for your immune system.

  4. Your digestion is so messed up you're starting to think your stomach is a black hole. If your gut is feeling more like a garbage disposal, you might need more fiber and water in your diet. Trust us, your intestines will thank you.
